A lot of so-called resources I’ve found tend to have a very negative view of the adoption process. While I do have a lot of trauma due to the emotional abuse and neglect that I suffered while I was pregnant (and a terrible nurse in the delivery room that was very obviously anti-adoption) none of it is directly due to the adoption itself. It’s the circumstances surrounding the pregnancy that have caused me some lasting psychological issues.
The current one is that I’m pregnant again- with my fiance’s child. We were trying, but because of my last child’s father who abandoned us and disowned us, I just have very intense fears and they are driving me absolutely insane.

That was beautifully written. I am deciding on adoption for my son too, and that is because I am thinking of how happy he will be with his grandma (relative adoption) and since she lives in a better county of Florida only 25 minutes away, I don’t have to stress out the separation anxiety that I have developed before becoming a mom.
I think that my son needs to be in a stable and permanent home and thankfully he has a Nina to raise him the best she is known to do.
