Gas Scam - Buyer Beware !!

 

Don't Be Sucked In By This Scam....

 

With gas prices at an all-time high, many gas stations in California are

trying to

lure you in by reintroducing gas pump attendant service. This wistful

concept of

yesteryear may sound like a great benefit to you the consumer, but 'buyer

beware'. 

 

Many stations have been caught overcharging consumers by distracting their

attention. Some of you may be happy to have a service station attendant pump

your gas, but make sure to read the pump to confirm that you got what you

paid for. 

 

Attached is a photo taken by an angry consumer who fell victim to this scam.

Authorities later discovered this unscrupulous station has recently netted

a bundle in overcharges.
